I love it when people put bayonet lugs on things that don’t normally have them. You would thecreeper23 8/10/2009 4:44:13 PM Originally Posted By seargeantjim: I could really use one of these, my mini came from a police department(its preban too!

If the latter, I don’t believe so; I have not seen this as an option and have been shopping pretty hard for a bipod, so I would have probably ran across this by now. I wish they would though, would be a great way to save money and add it on later if you determine it’s a necessary feature down the road after some T&E Hope this helps -JR yep that’s what I was referring to, just thought I’d ask to see if there was something out there that I didn’t know about. Thanks for the help guys Blindspooch 1/11/2011 11:12:07 I think the swivel falls into that ‘buy once, cry once’ catagory; something you’d rather have and not need than need and not have (and then have to buy). Unless you’re strickly shoothing off a bench or nice flat ground where you shoot, it probably will be beneficial. I know I don’t want to pay the extra $, but it’s pretty rocky and uneven here in the mtns, so I think that’s the route I’m going take, YMMV tho – good luck!

It seems like their QC is lacking at times but they should fix your problem. I’ve been very lucky as I’ve had the TR21R, TR24-3G and now the TR24G and all have performed excellently without trouble. Tell me about it. I had to return a NIB TA11 as soon as I opened it because there was a chip out of the edge of the objective lens, Do not know how that was not seen on any type outgoing inspection. Then I sent back on my dime to be without it for a while. cop1211 Apr 2006 USA FL, USA 673 : 0-0-0 : 5/27/2011 12:14:38 T I have 4 of the Tr24′s, never happened on any of mine. 3O8junkie May 2011 USA USA 14 : 0-0-0 : 5/27/2011 3:35:42 T Well they responded quickly with a return number for me and quoted 2-4 weeks turn around so we shall see! 3O8junkie May 2011 USA USA 16 : 0-0-0 : 6/1/2011 6:28:42 T Sent out today, looking forward to the practice with the irons! 3O8junkie May 2011 USA USA 21 : 0-0-0 : 6/13/2011 9:32:33 The optic was delivered last week (wed) no update from Trijicon but not really expecting anything yet, just bored and thought I’d update the thread. I couldnt be happier with the Knoxx and left a few extra dollars for other toys. http://i953.photobucket.com/albums/ae15/Lifer10/IMG_0175.jpg http://i953.photobucket.com/albums/ae15/Lifer10/IMG_0174.jpg http://i953.photobucket.com/albums/ae15/Lifer10/IMG_0172.jpg Nice set up, how do you like that sight? What kind of sling is that? Looks like the Magpul MS2 sling. FFMedic 4/10/2010 3:03:41 AM IM sent about stock. I’m not a fan of optical sights on shotguns but if you must I would not trust anything other than Aimpoint or possibly a Trijicon reflex given the recoil forces. xmikex 4/10/2010 3:17:47 AM Look at the location of the safety on the Mossberg. Now look at where your grip is when the shotgun is equipped with an M4 or pistol-gripped stock. You have to break your grip to operate the safety when using an M4 style stock on a Mossberg. Mossberg 500 Accessories shotguns are amazing when equipped with a traditional stock and are shitty when set up with an M4 style stock. I use a cut-down factory stock and if I had to do it over, I’d pick up a youth stock. I just shot a 2-day shotgun class with my 500 and it worked well. If you are dead-set on an M4 stocked shotgun, get a Remington 870. Gravity3694 4/10/2010 3:38:27 AM I’ve never been a fan of pump shotguns with adjustable stocks with pistol grips; they seem to ruin the balance of the whole shotgun.

The eye relief on this scope is in my opinion the largest benefit. I shoot NTC and the smaller FOV (19.3 at 100) makes the BAC real easy to use. I also find the smaller FOV, eye relief, and overall small diameter of this Trijicon ACOG to be REAL nice in keeping the sight picture concise and my surroundings unobstructed. Comparatively, the TA11 now seems WAY too heavy and the TA31 feels like my eyeball has to molest the scope from 1.5″ out to maintain a sight picture. The small overall size and extra 0.4″ of eye relief makes all the difference in the world. I’m now spoiled.
At first I was hesitant about the smaller FOV but now that I’ve tried it out – I completely get it. This scope is SO much easier and I can see myself being ‘faster’ with this Trijicon ACOG than I could be with any other. Beyond that, I’m sure the BDC feature will prove itself useful and entertaining when time permits.
